I tried this product twice with no positive results, in fact, the side effects almost made me want to call the dr.

Do not Buy from this vendor
This product does not work at all. Other reviews in here upon second reading seem to be an inside job. The vendor refused to refund money for a product that does not work. I had to complain to Amazon in order to get my full money back. Incident has left a bad taste. I will not be buying any Pharmaceuticals from Amazon.com.

Researching these types of pills
Okay, Like some men, I was on the search to find something that would actually work.

Apparently, this one does and you know why,,, it actually has the ingredients of cialis,,, don't believe me...at least that's what the FDA says.......

I will say this and then please read on and make your own informed decision of what you wish to do.

The companies says it has Yohimbe in it,, Yohimbe HCL was prescribed by doctors before Cialis and Viagra came to market, but by doing futher research,, viagra contained Yohimbe at one time.

Today, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning consumers not to purchase or consume the following products: SIGRA, STAMINA Rx and STAMINA Rx for Women, Y-Y, Spontane ES and Uroprin, manufactured by NVE, Inc., in Newton, N.J. and distributed by Hi-Tech in Norcross, Ga. These products, which are being marketed as dietary supplements, actually contain a prescription drug ingredient that poses possible health risks. The products are being sold over-the-counter and are claiming to increase stamina, confidence and performance.

FDA has determined that the products actually contain the prescription-strength drug ingredient, tadalafil. Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis, an Eli Lilly product approved in Europe to treat male erectile dysfunction. An interaction between certain prescription drugs containing nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) and tadalafil may cause a drastic lowering of blood pressure. There is real danger that this product may be taken by patients taking nitrates since erectile dysfunction is often a common problem in people with diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), ischemic heart disease and in people who smoke.

Now what I find interesting is this:

Yohimbe bark is the bark of a specific type of tree grown in western Africa. Yohimbe has traditionally been used to increase sexual desire and is currently used for sexual and erectile dysfunction in men. Yohimbine HCL, a more concentrated version of Yohimbe was prescribed by doctors before Viagra came to the market. While yohimbe can be effective for some men, it doesn't come without adverse side effects such as: high blood pressure, increased heart rate, headache, anxiety, dizziness, and sleeplessness. Yohimbe can be dangerous if taken in large doses or for long periods of time.

SO how is the FDA saying that Tadalafil is in the pill formulation of this product.

As with any product, make sure you do your research. From my research, high unregulated doses of Tadalafil and Yohimbee can cause adverse results and cause you more issues than you want to deal with.


Yohimbe should not be taken by anyone with kidney conditions, heart problems, diabetes or stomach ulcers, or in conjunction with antidepressant medications.

Cialis and viagra are the same: they should not be taken by anyone with kidney conditions, heart problems, diabetes or stomach ulcers, or in conjunction with antidepressant medications.

Some Antidepressants can cause sexual side effects, this was per my doctor. I have those side effects and refused such pills as cialis and viagra because of the adverse side effects while talking the antidepressants.

On one of the reviews the guy said he has the sensation of flushing. Yohimbe, Cialis and Viagra all cause this side effect since they all increase the bodies blood pressure.

All I can say is wow it is just what is says
In less than one hour you can't ask for more from this product. It is exactly as described nothing less. Works everytime anytime. I have used this 4 or 5 times since receiving my order and really never thought I would post a review about how fantastic this stuff is. Buy it try it I really would not take the time to post this if it wasn't everything the manufacturer claims it is thats it..

Wow!
After reading the other reviews for similar products, I decided to go with the expressly labled expiration date version; all I can say is wow! I never would have thought it would work so strongly and so quickly - 20 min. after ingestion(empty stomach, 1 pill) & rock hard, ready to go! Lasted a good while too - was able to go multiple times in a period of about 4 hrs.

Side effects noticable, but not a deal-breaker: face flush/euphoric feeling, but with no heart palpitations or other symptoms I'd expect with this type of supplement.

Volume Nutrition, who shipped the product, is top notch too - package arrived within 2 days via standard shipping (beat the pants off of products shipped directly from Amazon too - took them 5 days!) with a presonally signed packing slip - top notch!

Fantastic product & an altogether unexpected & welcome surprise - Highly reccomended.
